You guys are the superheroes of the locksmithing world and I’m not exaggerating at all when I say that! These guys got me out of a tough spot a couple of weeks back. My babysitter had locked herself out and my 2-year old son was still inside, alone and scared. There’s always a price to be paid in exchange for absurdly cheap services as I soon found out! After receiving an inspection notice from my insurance company, I figured that changing my locks with new ones will set the right impression. So, after a brief trip down to the hardware store, I purchased a set of new locks and had them installed myself. I was confident that I’d make it through the on-site review. It came as a shock to find out that my application got rejected. Turns out, the locks were found to be of an extremely poor quality. Couldn’t believe that my plan had backfired this way! They got the most high-end locks installed on the property and didn’t even charge me a lot for it. Did I make it through the assessment this time? DEFINITELY! Excellent services in Apex! Easily 5 stars! The keys were stolen which meant that I needed to get my locks rekeyed right away. Most firms I called in Apex, NC offered a reasonable price, but didn’t fix a proper time and instead offered 2 hour or 4 hour windows, which meant that I had to take a day off from work. I didn’t want that! So, I called Liberty Locksmith Store up and enquired. The dispatcher informs me that they don’t do windows and could work at any time I want! That’s just what I needed! Joe showed up in another half an hour and finished the job in quick time. Good price offered by Liberty Locksmith Store - it was lower than most. Incredible work!!! If you need a locksmith in Apex, trust me, Liberty Locksmith Store is your best bet. I had a tricky rekeying job on a high security lock and it was the only locksmith firm in the entire region that said the job could be done. They sent Eric, a friendly and extremely talented technician who rekeyed the Schlage lockset in less than 10 minutes. If he can do this, he can do just about anything. Excellent service! The key fob wouldn’t work and I couldn’t figure out why. I might’ve dropped it a couple of times, and I believed that it had finally started to show. I enquired in a couple of places in Apex and almost everyone told me that I needed a replacement – all except for Liberty Locksmith Store. Kevin agreed to come have a look at the fob and attempt to fix it, which he did. It barely took him 5 minutes to fix the loose wiring and get it working again. If I wasn’t in a time crunch, perhaps things would have seemed different. But the fact that I had a flight to catch in a couple of hours and my front door refused to lock only added to the tremendous amount of stress I was under. I lost my transponder keys – AGAIN! The last time the dealer charged me around $400 for one key and I was quickly on the edge of panic. I decided to explore other options and found Liberty Locksmith Store. Eddie promised me a new key in less than $120. Apparently, my car needed some updated software to program the key but Eddie assured me I didn’t have to pay for it and charged me what he quoted over the phone. A man of his word! Gave Liberty Locksmith Store a call because I had a cranky ignition switch in my Prius. The dispatcher had a few questions about the car after which he sent a technician to my place within twenty minutes.
