I called them up on 504-226-8633 with a request. It was 10 pm, but when I asked Town Center Locksmith Shop to come in, they didn’t even question me twice! The requirement I had was for a lock on my mailbox. John was there within fifteen minutes, despite the fact that I had made it clear that it was no emergency and they could take their own time. I’ve heard my colleagues rant on about how they ended up paying exorbitant fees to locksmiths during emergencies and I didn’t want to join in on that! My flight was only at 6 am and I was in no hurry. But John reassured me that there was nothing to worry about! In fact, he gave me a flat rate, asked me if I was okay with it and only then proceeded with the installation. True to his word, John didn’t charge me a penny more after he was done. There was no hidden fees, no after-hour charges and nothing over-the-top like my colleagues had claimed! Well, they obviously hadn’t met John from Town Center Locksmith Shop!!!
If you’re probably stuck outside your car and have very little cash on you, Town Center Locksmith Shop will fit your budget and your requirements. Highly recommend their 24/7 services!

I called them to change the locks on my property before I handed it over to the new tenants. Town Center Locksmith Shop works incredibly fast!!! There were a total of eight locks on the property and they managed to get the job done within an hour, and even cleaned up any mess made during the process. Truly, their amazing team work and skill is remarkable. Once the job was done, I was handed out the bill, which was barely half of what I’d expected it to be. What’s more? There was no way into my home, the only key I had, was now broken in the lock and the pieces were jammed inside. Hoping against hope, I called them up and received an immediate response. It was surprising, considering the fact that I was making the call after midnight.
Within 20 minutes, Johnson had arrived, apologized for the extended wait and used some tool he took out of his van to get the pieces out. Apart from not charging me a dime extra for the late night service, Johnson even made me a new key for free. Can it get any better than this?? I don’t think so! Town Center Locksmith Shop is no doubt the best in Metairie, LA 70001. Ten on Ten!
