I hired them to remove and install a new front porch and walkway. I discovered he tried to get away with a shortcut and con me by not removing the old patio porch and dumping his concrete right on TOP of the old porch. The patio was way too high on the house and he said I needed to backfill new dirt all over my property to cover his stone base against my siding which is against code, ugly, and is done nowhere. How could he possibly think this would work. So I paid someone else to remove his porch since he would not. Once I sent him the pictures of the uncovered patio he was supposed to remove he went silent. He wouldn't refund me a dime only if I signed this ridiculous contract stating I wouldn't say anything negative about him or his employes/friends/etc etc for perpetuity. And he wouldn't take the blame. He should be giving me a full refund as it cost me 8k to remove and replace his porch. In the end he said "I'm just a guy with an LLC." The original job wasn't done well either, there was no prep work on the soil to level or grade so it came out sitting above everything else and crooked according to whatever the soil was doing.
