A few minutes before the clock struck 8, the company’s rep called me up, informing me that the technician is on his way and will be five minutes late. I mean, who does that? It worked fine for a week but after that, there was a considerable drop in the performance, and the troubles kept mounting up day after day. I decided to call someone to take a look at the nearly useless $200 lock. After Jones from Logan Locksmith Shop took a look, he confirmed my worst fear. The lock was of the worst quality and had I waited a little longer, I’d have either been locked out of my own home or would have returned to a burgled home. It was the worst nightmare come to life. I mean, I’ve read it in papers, heard about it on news , but I never imagined being stuck in a similar situation. He’s got a remarkable personality. Friendly, fun and courteous, he kept explaining every step of the process so I wouldn’t feel left out. In fact, when he was done with fixing the locks, I felt a lot more enriched with fresh locksmithing knowledge! I worked odd shifts, and the only time I’m at home is after 11 pm. Joe was very understanding and he instantly agreed to get there at my time of convenience. Five stars! These guys did an amazing job. Two other locksmiths I’d hired told me the lock had to be thrown away and replaced with a new one, but Logan Locksmith Shop salvaged it and restored it to normal operation. It was a Schlage Primus high security lock and a break-in attempt had left the lock worse for wear. Thanks guys!
