How often have you been duped by locksmiths? Perhaps, several times. I, for one, have hired over ten different locksmiths in Durham, NC and I’ve never been completely satisfied with any of them. After all, what harm could it bring? I needed a chain lock on my front door. Barely fifteen minutes had passed since I'd made that call to Neighborhood Locksmith Services when my doorbell rang. Jack was extremely friendly and courteous and had the door fitted with a new lock. Despite making a house call, there weren't any convenience charges added in the bill and I found the rates to be very reasonable. I must say, I've finally found a locksmith that I'm going to stick to forever. Can't recommend them enough!

I had my locks changed only last week with new ones and I wasn’t exactly in dire need of services from a locksmith at that moment. But I decided to test out all the hype surrounding Neighborhood Locksmith Services! My aunt recommended them, the neighbor recommended them and the people on the web seemed to have nothing but good stuff to say about these guys. I called them up to review my property, the new locks and determine if my security setup was robust enough to keep out any potential intruders. Turns out, it wasn’t, according to Eric from Neighborhood Locksmith Services. To prove his point, he dismantled the new lock installed only last week. To my utter disbelief, the lock on the outside looked all shiny and new, but the inside was made of pure plastic. Eric said it was common for locksmiths to scam people this way and get them to replace locks with expensive ones, only to replace it with cheap, poor-quality locks. That’s a lesson I’d learnt that day!!! I scheduled an appointment the following weekend and had those cheap locks replaced right away. It didn’t even cost me half of what it cost me earlier… Neighborhood Locksmith Services is definitely worthy of every bit of praise heaped upon it! The best in Durham, undeniably!!!
