When my lock stopped operating one fine day, I wasn’t too keen on calling a locksmith. I’ve heard how pricey they could be and decided to install a new lock myself. I purchased a cheap lock based on the suggestion of the guy at the nearby hardware shop, took out my toolkit and got down to work! An hour later, I’d somehow, successfully managed to break a brand new lock into pieces!!! That was the stretching point! I gave in and looked online for help. City Locksmith Shop had excellent reviews and so I retrieved their number from their site http://www.Westborough.City-Locksmith-Shop.com to give them a call! The technician who came over took one look at the lock and identified that I’d bought it at a hardware shop. Was it that obvious? Anyway, he suggested that I replace the lock with a new deadbolt. I was all out of cash and didn’t think I could afford another replacement, but he quoted an incredible price that I simply couldn’t say no to! Amazingly low prices and well-informed technicians! I’m always gonna ring up City Locksmith Shop for any security advice and locksmith service!

Where do I start? From the way they handled my call to the completion of the job, their professionalism was evident! Their USP is their pricing! I don’t think there’s anyone else in Westborough that offer such a reasonable pricing scheme. There’s no hidden fees, no surcharges for services availed after hours, no convenience fee. You can even request for a flat rate by calling them on 508-375-3926 and based on the information you provide, these guys will be happy to help you out. Have had a couple of bad experiences with other technicians in the past! Now that I’ve found City Locksmith Shop, I don’t think I’ll ever have to worry about that again! Truly the best in! Keep up the good work guys!!!!

I was about to leave on a vacation and needed a new lock on my door to ensure that I didn’t return to a burgled home. It was 2:00 am and I doubted any locksmithing firm would be open at that hour. But I did find this place online that promised 24/7 availability on their website http://www.Westborough.City-Locksmith-Shop.com and decided to give them a dry. Twenty minutes later, Dave arrived on the scene. After an assessment, he recommended that I get a deadbolt installed on the door as it was the best fit for my security requirements. I thought that he’d have to make his way back to the store to fetch the deadbolt but I was wrong. The van he came in had it all! I chose from a set of options, the installation was done in a few minutes and I was on my to a blissful weekend in Rome. I don’t think there’s any company in Westborough that could match City Locksmith Shop in terms of quality and affordability. They are simply the best!!!

Can’t recommend City Locksmith Shop highly enough! We hired them to install new locks in the home we’d just moved into. Danny was experienced, knowledgeable and patient. He took extra time to ensure that we understood all the options available and helped us find the right solution. Once the installation was done, there was also a follow up to make sure that there were no issues. All in all, excellent service. The Westborough community is lucky to have such talented men! Have saved their number 508-375-3926 and will definitely call again…

I first called City Locksmith Shop when I accidentally locked myself out of the apartment last weekend. The service was swift, and the prices affordable. The technician who arrived, Ed, made some suggestions on improving the home security for free and didn’t pressurize me to use his services again. Happy with their service, I called them up again on 508-375-3926 of my own accord for an upgrade. The technicians were patient with my incessant inquiries and thoroughly explained what lacked and what could be done to fix it. The reasonable prices were an added plus to the excellent service. You should definitely try them out. Easily the best in Westborough, MA!!

Hired a locksmith from City Locksmith Shop. A neighbor recommended them highly and passed on their number 508-375-3926 to me. Since I was new to Westborough, I didn’t know anyone else and called them up without thinking twice. Very reliable, on time, and knows what to do. Got the job done in less than 30 minutes. Back where I come from, locksmiths would take hours to respond and an even longer time to get the job done. Will I hire them again? Yes. I’ve found my go-to locksmith. Highly recommend them to all!

City Locksmith Shop is great! I was ready to replace the entire lock, which would have obviously cost me a lot of money, but Rob figured out a cheaper, more effective alternative and saved me big bucks. Honest advice and excellent service. That’s something that will make me go back to them any time I need a locksmith’s assistance in Westborough. Five stars all around!
