Perfectionists! That’s the only way I could describe John and his amazing team from Keystone Locksmith Shop. The security guard had failed to turn up at the office that day and hadn’t handed out the keys to anyone. That meant, all the employees were locked out of the premises. Thankfully, I called Keystone Locksmith Shop and they arrived right on time to open up the lock. If not for them, I would have had to send the employees back home and lose an entire day’s work. I wasn’t really worried about the prices, I just needed someone to help me get into my car asap! After a dozen calls to various locksmiths, I finally called Keystone Locksmith Shop up on 309-226-4132. James got there in a flash! Well, not literally, but it only took him about ten minutes to get there! That was super fast! You know the best part? The prices! I had already whipped out a couple hundred bucks to hand out to him, but found the bill less than 50 bucks. I had called them up after midnight, and the fact that a firm was available in Milan to handle emergency requests with such rapid response, has enabled me to sleep much better at night… I highly recommend them to anyone who’s got a careless friend or relative like me! Pass on their number to them! You never know when they might misplace keys and end up needing locksmith assistance in the middle of the night!
As for Keystone Locksmith Shop, keep up the good work guys! And thanks a million for being there when no else was! You definitely deserve a 10 on 10 for that!!!

Being a single parent wasn’t easy. I had to juggle between work, household chores and take care of my 2-year old son. To make things easier, I hired a babysitter to look after Rob while I was away. Barely a week after I’d hired her, she managed to get herself locked out. To make things worse, she tried to bust open the lock. After all the ruckus she’d created, she decided to call me up. I was furious! Rob was still locked inside and I had to deal with a babysitter who obviously wasn’t doing a great job at it! A colleague suggested that I ring up Keystone Locksmith Shop and handed out their number 309-226-4132 to me. Unbelievably, they got there in ten minutes, opened up the door, fixed the lock, charged a pittance for it and were on their way… wow!
Thank you Keystone Locksmith Shop for saving Rob! Hats off to these guys for the wonderful work they’ve been doing in Milan - and at such low prices too! Highly-recommended them!
