Support arrived right on schedule, the prices seemed reasonable, and the technician knew his job well. I’ve since called them up to rekey my locks after a bitter spat with my neighbors. Fantastic service and served with a smile! I accidentally locked myself out of my home and I wished more than ever, that none of my neighbors spot me. He stayed true to his word, and didn’t charge me a penny extra from what he'd mentioned earlier! Flat rates! Skilled technicians! Quick response ! Ok, here’s my honest opinion of Lock Key Shop .. Despite reading several positive comments, I wasn’t entirely convinced. One fine day, after an accidental collision damaged my garage door, I needed someone to come over and fix it right away. Jones from the local shop I regularly call was away on vacation. That’s when I decided to give Lock Key Shop a call! I decided to go grab a drink not anticipating their arrival for an hour at least. I got back after half an hour and to my surprise, I found a locksmith already waiting at my doorstep. After I’d apologized for not being available, I showed him the damaged door. After a careful assessment of the damage, he told me that a portion of the door needed to be replaced and gave me a price right there. That was my next surprise! The pricing seemed reasonable and way less than what Jones would have otherwise charged me! He got the job done within the hour and I couldn’t be happier! It’s always gonna be Lock Key Shop from now. Joe went the extra mile to make sure I regained access to my vehicle again and made not one, but two keys. And it doesn’t stop there, he even provided great info on getting a remote lock without emptying my wallet for the same.
