The dispatcher promised me that help would be there within 15 minutes. I got a call in the next ten minutes from the dispatcher who apologized and stated that the technician would be five minutes late. Five minutes?! Wow! I’ve waited hours at a stretch in a similar situation in the past, and I never received an apology from the company I’d hired then! The technician got there in the next ten minutes, examined the lock and quoted the price. It was only gonna cost me 50 bucks.. I couldn’t believe it! After I’d given him the go, I was back inside within minutes. The best part – my lock was intact and there was no damage on the door. Thank you Gold Locksmith Store! You’re amazing Edward! CAN IT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS? I don’t think so! James from Gold Locksmith Store was right on schedule, in fact, he was five minutes early. And the whole thing took him less than an hour to finish up. This included repairing an old lock, installing a new lock on my screen door AND installing a security chain on my front door. Very professional and quick! I had set aside a couple hundred bucks to hand it out to James, but turns out, I didn’t need as much. Their rates are nearly half of what other locksmith companies in Enon charge. That’s just given me another reason to make Gold Locksmith Store my go-to locksmith! 10/10

Nevertheless, a locksmith from Gold Locksmith Store turned up at my doorstep in twenty minutes. Eric worked entirely out of his mobile workshop, and managed to make the copy of keys I needed. Somehow my keys kept getting lost, it was the zillionth time I had to make a visit to the hardware store, but unfortunately the store was shut for the holidays.
