If I had to sum up my experience with Lock Key Shop in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, I’d spend nearly $250 on it! The company’s warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself. I called Lock Key Shop on 978-290-4958 in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. Edward told me he could have installed a similar, but better lock in half the price I’d paid for it! Well, what’s done was done.. I’m never buying telly advertised stuff again!
