Found their number 336-506-8194 on their website, and after a quick glance at their offerings, I gave them a call. Within the next half an hour, Gary had arrived and the rusted deadbolts were replaced with new ones. Super fast services – and affordable too! I ended up paying less than 50 bucks for a service that would otherwise have cost me more than a hundred from other companies in High Point. Had a splendid experience with Lock Key Shop! Despite John from Lock Key Shop insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door! They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price they’d quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why won’t I? These guys are easily the most dedicated, honest bunch of locksmiths I’ve ever come across… AMAZING SERVICE! The best in High Point….

After finding myself staring at a jammed lock and having been ripped off by countless locksmiths from High Point in the past, I decided to use the tools from my tool shed and try out a repair myself. An hour later, my door was left with no lock, and the dismantled lock lay sprawled on the ground, rendered completely useless by my failed attempts. I had no other choice but to give in and call Lock Key Shop based on the recommendation of a neighbor. To my surprise, the locksmith who said he’ll be there in 20 minutes, actually got there in less than 10 minutes. That was a first! He quickly got to work, mended the damage I’d inflicted on the lock and got it working within a few minutes. And the surprise didn’t end there! When I was handed over the bill, I glanced at it expecting a triple digit figure only to be proved wrong. Incredible service and low prices! I wanted a keyless access system to be set up but was unsure whether it would work for me! Theyguided me through it and helped me pick the right lock for each door. The card access system on the front door meant I could do away with the registers as it recorded the check-in and check-out times of employees digitally. I even had a keypad lock installed in the store room to limit access. All in all, I’m 100% satisfied with their recommendations, punctuality, quality of service and the pricing. I scheduled an appointment with Lock Key Shop the following evening for a quick assessment. This was the first time I was calling them over!!! My sister has been their loyal customer for over a year now and introduced me to this firm very recently. I didn’t get a chance to try their service out until that day!!!
