I am very pleased. Rats were beginning to take over my basement. They did their inspection, set traps, and eradicated the rats. They even spent some time recommending ways to ensure this does not happen to me again. I couldn't ask for better service.

I have no complaints. They are always willing to come out when needed, even if it is an emergency visit. They do a good job and their techs are always super friendly and informative. I suggest using them next time you have a pest control issue. You won't be disappointed.

We came home from a 2 week vacation to find a group of little mice that had gotten comfortable in our home during our absence. They answered my frantic call and they talked me through me options. We made an appointment and they arrived on time and ready to tackle the issue. We have not seen any mice since. Phew! Thank you Superior pest and extermination!

I called 5 companies this past week for help with bees. I spoke with the receptionist here who said she'd forward my info to a tech. About an hour later I was contacted by the tech. Making an appointment was easy, he did as promised and got rid of the bees for me. I appreciate the professionalism and decent rates.

They are always where they say they will be and on time. They never overcharge or try to get you with hidden fees. It's nice to see an honest company that cares more about the welfare of their customers than they do about lining their pockets with money. I am very happy with this company and highly recommend them.

My friend from work suggested Superior Pest Extermination to me because I was struggling with an ant problem.
