So, I needed a new lock. After enquiring in several stores, I finally struck a good bargain down at a hardware shop. But what came after was something I didn’t anticipate! I’ve attempted lock installations on my windows a couple of times, and was confident I could nail this one too. An hour later, as I looked down at the now-completely-ruined-lock, it was clear that I shouldn’t have been this over-confident at my abilities. I decided to call a locksmith from Galaxy Locksmith Store to take a look at the damage I’d done on the lock and the door. Turns out, it wasn’t entirely my fault. The lock I was sold was a completely useless one to begin with. That was 50 bucks right down the drain!

The price for the lock and the service fee didn’t cost me as much as it did earlier! I’d been away over two weeks on a trip and I returned home to find the lock on my door rusted shut! I did what I believed was the most logical thing to do at such times – I picked up a heavy rock and started hammering away. My neighbor saw what I was doing and stopped me from destroying the lock. After a quick online search, I chose Galaxy Locksmith Store! And I’m so glad I did. I’ve never met a locksmith who’s as courteous and knowledgeable as Mark! He made it a point to explain what has gone wrong with my locks and why ( without even asking) and gave me great advice on maintaining my new locks. Everything was done at a good price. He even made a spare key for the new lock for free!
