5 stars for sure! I wasn’t new to getting locked out of my home. The first time around, I’d been slapped with a huge bill by the locksmith I hired and I didn’t want the same thing to happen again. So, I called a couple of locksmiths for price quotes but they said things like, “Can’t tell the cost until we get there and take a look at the lock”, “Depends on the neighborhood you’re in”. James from Town Center Locksmith Shop reached out to me with a rough estimate that seemed quite reasonable to me. He reached my home in West Suffield within ten minutes AND he lowered the original price after taking a look at the lock. James is awesome! He literally unlocked my door in like two minutes without causing any damage. And that’s why for all my future requirements, I’m saving James’ number 860-540-5675 and calling him up again.

Good service from Town Center Locksmith Shop. Lewis made all the available options clear to me along with what it was gonna cost me. The pricing seemed quite reasonable for a premium firm such as Town Center Locksmith Shop. Also, Lewis was right on time, installed the new lock and rekeyed all my other locks within an hour. I hope I never have to call a locksmith again, but if I ever need one, then I’m definitely calling Lewis or someone from his team. The BEST in West Suffield! Five stars!!

This is as good as it could ever get! Called Ben from Town Center Locksmith Shop over to my place to get a new lock installed. Ben suggested I get the locks rekeyed instead which helped me save a lot of money! He could have totally taken advantage of the situation to upsell me on a new lock, but didn’t. An honest professional, great communication and people skills! Will definitely call Town Center Locksmith Shop again for other requirements in the future. In my opinion, Ben and his team are the best in West Suffield..
