Expert Locksmith Services is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Expert Locksmith Services’s loyal customer, I’ve had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Springfield (I don’t exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated! Eric from Expert Locksmith Services was sympathetic and told me that it was a common practice among most locksmiths to quote cheap rates initially and find ways to scam customers later. Thanks to Eric, all the mess was cleared up! And the prices? Just what I was looking for! Expert Locksmith Services is the BEST in Springfield!!! After a tiring day at work, when I was confronted with a door I no longer had access to, I did nothing to improve my spirits. In fact, I was so frustrated at losing the keys and not being able to get in, that I was contemplating breaking a window to gain access. It was a stupid idea, I know, but I just didn’t have the patience to wait it out for hours to get assistance from a locksmith and figured this was the best way. Twenty minutes later, I’d grabbed a rock and had smashed the window. It was only after that that I realized I was unable to reach the ledge. Furious with myself, I reluctantly called a locksmith I found online. To my utter disbelief, Eric from Expert Locksmith Services arrived in less than ten minutes. He opened up the lock in seconds. He also enquired about the damage on the window that I was too embarrassed to admit was done by me. Anyway, he had all this machinery with him in his van and he had a new glass panel fitted on to my window in no time. As for the bill, it was way lower than I expected. The next time something like this happens to me, instead of doing something really stupid, calling Expert Locksmith Services would be my first port of call! Services are prompt and affordable! After the locksmith I’d hired didn’t show up even after two hours, I decided to call Expert Locksmith Services after I found them online. Despite such short notice, they were able to send a team over to my place. I needed all the locks in the building rekeyed. Gary from Expert Locksmith Services supervised the entire work from start to finish and had the work completed sooner than I expected. The team finished the job within two hours. Can’t believe how fast and hassle-free their service is!!! MY VERDICT: I can’t begin to thank these guys for the wonderful work done at such an unbelievable price. Thank you so much for bearing with me! If it had been someone else, they’d probably have slapped me with a heavy bill, but not Expert Locksmith Services. Despite John from Expert Locksmith Services insisting that they’d come over and get the measurements for door, I insisted on doing it myself and sent them the details. When the door was done and it didn’t fit, I thought it was a technical glitch on their side, but I was wrong. The dimensions I’d provided were incorrect, and I knew they were gonna charge me a bomb for this door as well as the right one – but they didn’t! In fact, John went out of his way to set things right! The door was sent for resizing and a few hours later, it was installed on my front door! They charged me nothing extra for all the inconvenience my blunder had caused them!!! In fact, they stuck to the same price they’d quoted beforehand! Am I gonna call them again? Why won’t I? These guys are easily the most dedicated, honest bunch of locksmiths I’ve ever come across… AMAZING SERVICE! The best in Springfield….

I can’t recommend Expert Locksmith Services enough! Found them online on https://www.Springfield.Expert-Locksmith-Services.com and called them up for an estimate on rekeying all the locks in my new home. Since they quoted the lowest price among a dozen different locksmiths I had called earlier, I hired them! True to their word, I wasn’t charged a penny more than the quoted price and they managed to do an excellent job. Guess all the other locksmiths in Springfield, VA should take a cue from them. I even got an extra set of keys for all the locks, completely free of cost. Thank you guys! Will I hire them again? YES, and you should too – they’re simply the BEST!
