I asked Metro Master Locksmith to come over the weekend so that my routine business was unaffected. They instantly agreed! I wanted a keyless access system to be set up but was unsure whether it would work for me! Theyguided me through it and helped me pick the right lock for each door. The card access system on the front door meant I could do away with the registers as it recorded the check-in and check-out times of employees digitally. I even had a keypad lock installed in the store room to limit access. All in all, I’m 100% satisfied with their recommendations, punctuality, quality of service and the pricing.

A hectic day at work later, all I looked forward to was a good night’s sleep. But that was surely something I wasn’t entitled to as I found out a few a minutes later. Upon reaching home, I found that the lock had jammed up and I couldn’t even get into my own house. It was late and I was already tired and dreary. Locksmiths in High Point do have a notorious reputation for being late and I didn’t have a lot of hope pinned on the firm. I called them up on 336-515-0007, hoping against hope that someone would get here fast. And they did! In fact, it only took a technician from Metro Master Locksmith 10 minutes to reach my spot. The technician, Gary, was polite and quite efficient at his job. He got the lock working in seconds and also doled out tips on maintaining locks to prevent a recurrence in the future.
