Hands down the best in Des Moines! Right from the dispatcher to Gary, the locksmith who arrived at my place, the guys at Galaxy Locksmith Store are awesome. When I lamented about how I’d been tricked into getting my perfectly good locks with new, low-grade ones, Gary confirmed that it was a common practice employed by most scamsters. They trick you into believing you need something when you don’t and charge an exorbitant sum for work that isn’t worth the price. Thankfully, I still had the old locks with me and Gary had them rekeyed and refitted. Wish I’d come across http://www.DesMoines.Galaxy-Locksmith-Store.com in the first place and not after spending $250 on cheap locks. I highly recommend them!

You are in the best hands ever with the crew from Galaxy Locksmith Store! I’ve never met a more professional and friendly team of locksmiths in Des Moines! The enthusiasm and the dedication shown towards the job are phenomenal. There was this one time when David from Galaxy Locksmith Store came all the way over to my place at 11 pm on a holiday. And the best part? I wasn’t charged extra! In fact, they offer flat rates on all their services. They’re great! I must say, you can never go wrong if you hire someone from Galaxy Locksmith Store!!!

There’s a reason why you should always hire firms of repute such as Galaxy Locksmith Store - and I learned this the hard way. My locks had been giving me trouble for quite a while and I decided to have them looked over by a local locksmith. The guy who turned up had absolutely no clue what he was doing. I figured that out an hour after he’d had his way with the locks and it went from bad to worse! I just couldn’t believe it! After wrecking my lock, he even had the nerve to demand a service fee. Well, it was only after spending 50 bucks pointlessly that I called up Galaxy Locksmith Store! These guys are pros!
Dave fixed up the lock within minutes and the charges are quite reasonable for a premium firm like Galaxy Locksmith Store!!! Never opting for any other locksmith except Galaxy Locksmith Store! THE BEST in Des Moines.. Will I call them again? YES – and you should too on 515-412-0462…
