Walked in for a few piercings for my wife and I, The whole shop smelled like marijuana. The receptionist was extremely rude with an unwelcoming demeanor. I went in the room for our piercing and noticed several roaches crawling on chair we was to set in. Both my wifes piercings were crooked. Contacted the owner and was told to remove the jewelry, return and they would re-pierce free of charge. Upon arriving for the second time The owner Martin began to get very aggressive towards me when i had mention the re-piercing. He proceeded in blurting vulgar language in front of my wife and our two young children. Anyone one who would act so incredibly inappropriate and use drugs while at work is unprofessional and far from Christian standard. I highly recommed you look elsewhere, there are many shops in the area. To be clear. The two piercings in question were my wifes. My dermals were never the issue. Although i did ask to paid for a new one because one, my tissue rejected. This happens. He refused which was fine. The issue was both of my wifes piercings were crooked. One more so than the other. The only refund i asked for was for her two piercings, not mine. When Martin was told this, he just made excuses, claiming, "this was a result of her anxiety" Which is false. He did in fact offer to give her the money she had paid for the crooked piercings. But i had explained, at this time she doesn't want her money back, just straight piercings. He told us ok, to come back at our earliest convenience and he would re-pierce to her satisfaction. Never did he ask for us to call ahead or schedule an appointment in order to do so and I have the text messages to prove it. We came back a few weeks later, the shop was empty and the place smell like marijuana. My wife will corroborate this as well as roaches being present in the piercing room. As to your business being busy the second time we came in, that is a lie. No one was in the shop but us that day. Martin cussed me out aggressively, in front of my son and daughter, in an effort to intimidate me. My wife was in the bathroom at the time and heard every word. The only hostility projected was from Martin Shaw.
