My wife and I are suing Big Springs Garage in Tullahoma. I would advise everyone to avoid them at all cost. Over $1,800 in parts and labor and 10 weeks in the shop to fix the motor in my car. I pick the car up and the motor blows 4 miles down the road. Then they try to say it’s not their fault and that I brought them a “piece of shit car.” Real convenient position for them to take after they’ve taken my money and taken so long to do the repairs. By the way I asked them to swap in a junkyard motor that I had sourced originally. They convinced me to repair the original motor and then acted like I was somehow taking advantage of them when they couldn’t fulfill their promise of fixing it.
