I called them to ask for suggestions and they sent Ronnie over to my location within ten minutes. He patiently showed me the variety of options available and advised me against going for looks alone, because according to him, security was more important. I couldn’t agree with him more. A modern remote controlled lock that Ronnie recommended was fitted within an hour. It works great and also adds that futuristic appeal to my home. I don’t usually write reviews, but there’s a first time for everything. Carried away by all the sweet talk from the guy at the local locksmith shop, I was coerced into buying a brand new smart lock. All my neighbors had it and I just didn’t wanna be the ‘outdated’ guy! Within two weeks, the lock stopped working and there I was, left locked outside my own home. I decided to call the shop that had sold me the useless lock in the first place, but they were closed for the day. An online search for a 24-hour locksmith in Buffalo led me to http://www.Buffalo.Logan-Locksmith-Shop.com and to this day, I’m glad I found these guys. Within ten minutes, Dave was over at my place scrutinizing the lock. When he found that I’d paid $200, he told me that the lock wasn’t even worth $20. I must admit, I felt stupid at that point for investing my money in the wrong place. But Dave set things right, switched locks with a better one that didn’t even cost me half as much as the previous one. Wish I’d found you guys sooner. Logan Locksmith Shop is awesome!!

I had my locks changed only last week with new ones and I wasn’t exactly in dire need of services from a locksmith at that moment. But I decided to test out all the hype surrounding Logan Locksmith Shop! My aunt recommended them, the neighbor recommended them and the people on the web seemed to have nothing but good stuff to say about these guys. I called them up to review my property, the new locks and determine if my security setup was robust enough to keep out any potential intruders. Turns out, it wasn’t, according to Eric from Logan Locksmith Shop. To prove his point, he dismantled the new lock installed only last week. To my utter disbelief, the lock on the outside looked all shiny and new, but the inside was made of pure plastic. Eric said it was common for locksmiths to scam people this way and get them to replace locks with expensive ones, only to replace it with cheap, poor-quality locks. That’s a lesson I’d learnt that day!!! I scheduled an appointment the following weekend and had those cheap locks replaced right away. It didn’t even cost me half of what it cost me earlier… Logan Locksmith Shop is definitely worthy of every bit of praise heaped upon it! The best in Buffalo, undeniably!!! I’m really happy with their service! Who wouldn’t be? They showed up at my door five minutes earlier than they said they would and did a very nice, neat job. I was new to Buffalo and didn’t know a good locksmith in the locality and went with the suggestion of my neighbor and called Logan Locksmith Shop. Where I come from, locksmiths aren’t made this way. On time, quick, and efficient, a job which I thought would take hours was completed within 40 minutes. Truly commendable! And the price for rekeying a set of four locks cost me less than a hundred bucks. They deserve five stars!!!
