I used to work there, I'm not proud of it. Dogs, employees, volunteers, and clients were treated terribly. Dogs would get sick because they didn't receive the food or sometimes medication they came in with. Dogs would sit, sometimes for days in urine, feces, and/or vomit soaked blankets. Most of the dogs sat in kennels with the only time they saw natural light was for a few minutes when they were let out to pee. Employees and sometimes clients were insulted and cursed at, behind their backs and to their face. Kennels were banged on or shook if the dogs got too loud.
3, nearly 4 dogs died. Juvie, Cody, Wyatt, and Fin. Fin nearly died because Tracie didn't want to take him to the vet, she wanted to save money. When she finally did, she was told if she waited one more day, he would have died. He had a blockage and needed emergency surgery. I didn't know Juvie, I just know Juvie died. Cody had cancer, he was slowly dying in pain. I finally made Tracie take him to have him put down. Wyatt was mauled. He was left outside with 5 other dogs and no one watching them. He was torn apart, but he didn't die right away. He died the next day, alone in a kennel that was in the bathroom.
Everyone needs to know the horrors of that place and to never trust K9 Rehab, Elite K9, K9 Ranch, K9 Evolution, or any other place currently owned by that "trainer" Tracie.
