VERY disappointed in EMA not honoring their verbal promise to issue me a refund. We signed up and paid for in person testing on May 25, 2020, and two days later on May 27, 2020 I received an email stating that all in-person testing is canceled due to Covid restrictions (understandable given the circumstances). EMA offered online testing only, which my son's school would not allow. I phoned them and asked for a refund since they are no longer offering in-person testing and EMA said yes. I never received the refund. I recently have been emailing them, with detailed information and timeline, and EMA's response is: EMA will not be offering a refund in this matter. This decision is final and we will not respond further to this request for a refund. For a large organization like EMA, this demonstrates poor business and customer service skills. I paid for a service that you were no longer offering. I asked for a refund and you said yes. You still have not issued the refund and I asked again and you said no. BUYER BEWARE.
