We have had nothing but problems with the windshield replacements. My son's car was flooded when he went through the car wash last week, and the tech that came out told him it wasn't their fault and the company wouldn't take liability. His windshield wipers aren't working, and again you said it isn't any fault of yours. However, NONE of these issues were occurring prior to your sales person showing up at my door on a Sunday afternoon insisting the windshields needed to be replaced. I can assure you no water ever flooded my son's car, or dash board before your company handled his car. I had to wait days before a tech could come out and resolve the error codes in my dash telling me that my crash detection was disabled and needed immediate repair. Now, I have what looks like large spider-like cracks in my lower windshield with what appears to be some sort of epoxy or glue or something in the center. I filed a complaint with the BBB, as well as my insurance company along with this article describing the same tactics, which you were recently sued for.

They helped me so much, I had a horrible experience with another glass company called Adonis they improperly installed the glass so it was leaking and it ended up making my carpet smell humid (stay away from Adonis auto glass they are scammers) at home auto went way above and beyond and took me in as a new customer. They installed a new windshield perfectly nice and neat, the technicians are very kind and have 20 plus years of experience, also at home auto glass company gave me $50 gift card!!! I am a very disappointed customer of yours from Fort Walton Beach FL.,your employee Dylan Stevens replaced my windshield on 1/05/2019 When I came out to check on him he was finishing up. He was aggravated I could see and then explained to me how he broke my dash when swapping out the windshield. He was trying to glue it back together with windshield glue but it’s a big chunk that’s broken out, and it wasn’t going to hold. He told me your company has been traveling and that he was going home the next day and as soon as he got there he would order the part and have it sent to me.I agreed trying to be nice. I’m mechanical inclined and pretty sure I could figure it out. Well a week goes by and he texts me that his bank account was emptied by a creditor or something and he was broke. I said ok next week is fine. Well it’s almost a month now and he won’t answer my calls. Two weeks ago I started noticing a noise coming from the front it’s a weird rattling. The noise is from the trim or seal that’s not glued properly or is just not the right trim for my truck. I also noticed I’m missing trim pieces that go below the glass. I was specificly told they would be replaced no problem,by your sales guy. It’s 1/27/2019 and I’m now having to contact the owner or MGR. because Dylan the installer is not a man of his word. This has ruined it for any other salesman for anything I assure you. Hopefully his boss will take care of this and his incompetent employee.
