Mind you I am well into my sixties have been on the internet from the beginning an I have never submitted an online survey. As far as the personnel, physicians, nurses, making you feel comfortable both before and after the procedure they are marvelous. As far as there financial and billing procedures they are a nightmare. First, they guess, estimated my out of pocket and would not do the procedure without a commitment which we agreed to make on a monthly draw from our bank account. Second, after the Explanation of Benefits came back they were almost $300 off even though they insisted they have an accurate payment schedule with our insurance carrier for out of pocket costs. Third, After I prepaid the balance more than 2 months early they acknowledged it yet they still took funds from our account. Fourth, After contacting them on numerous occasions their only comment to me regarding the return of our funds was you have to wait 30 days for us to send you a paper check. Even though the error was their billing departments incompetence. Fifth, On the financial commitment contract we agreed to they have the nerve to include an entire paragraph that threatens legal action should anyone be 10 days late while they are now holding our funds hostage. Sixth, They insisted that they would expedite the return, 2-2-2024, over 2 weeks ago and after 17 days now they still fed me the same line when I spoke to a "so called supervisor" in their billing department. Seventh, That call generated an endless cycle of, I have to confirm with the facility, which by the way was done by them once before and myself, not once but twice. Eighth, Ninth, Tenth I could go on but I think you get my point. Be careful with the way they handle your accounts.
