Fred the owner, does not answer the phone, nor does he return texts. I am beyond frustrated with this "company" which is basically a 22 year old guy and some friends of his. I paid him for a job, and spent the whole summer chasing him to get the work done. When he would respond, it was one personal excuse after another then he would disappear again. I'm selling my house and he has delayed the photos of the property causing me huge, unnecessary anxiety. If he does not return my money, it becomes a criminal matter. $1400 is a lot for a single mom to lose. Yes the weather was bad this summer, but not replying for a week or more, we lost all sunny windows. I finally set a MUST BE DONE by date (end of Sept) and never heard back until I threatened to go online and share my experience. Now, he's huffy about my attitude and won't respond again. Worst customer service ever. I have all the texts and call logs to prove this.
