Asked for an egress window, paid for half of service and scheduled for it to happen. We were told it would be a 1-2 day project. Had a hard time getting in contact with him once project was to start and found out he had to have surgery. He sent his guys to complete the project. The project ended taking WEEKS and they left a huge muddy mess on our carpet. After complaining, he had the carpet cleaned for us. Because of his prices we scheduled him again for another window. Paid half of the deposit and scheduled it. He didn't come out due to weather which was fine. We tried to contact him for weeks after that and he had no response. We FINALLY got ahold of him only for him to tell us he was injured. We asked for his guys to come complete this project and he would only offer a refund. Terrible customer service and terrible communication.
