This countryside enterprise fails! Service very bad. I am very disappointed. Perhaps even worse than anyone else does. They are not well skilled, I don't think. Feel terribly misled. I'm not writing reviews for retribution but warning others to make sure that they never are anyone like me who suffers their kind of sevice. I recommend that you value your clients who give you their highly earned money and at least offer them what you charged for.

I would give a 0 rating I could. DON'T GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID. Stay away from these people. They are a waste of time. DONT LET THEM GET YOUR MONEY.

Worst company ever. Do not use this company. It is a complete scam. Either way I will not hire them again for sure. I hope our government looks into them and shuts them down.

If I could give a 0 rating I would. Very disappointed and felt very taken advantage of. Don't just keep on looking for customers. Focus on the current that you have, so you can actually serve them as they are supposed to be served with the service they paid for. We won't hire them back. I would rather go to other landscape company with higher price but with a quality work.

Such an unfortunate experience with them and I think I should leave a review. I really don't know how these guys stay in business. They have the worst customer service by far. I give them a try since few people in my neighborhood used their service in the past, so I thought that would qualify them for my consideration. But I can't believe the horrible service I am receiving. I made an appointment over the phone and was assured that they would come but they didn't come. I even called customer care but no use at all. This company is unreliable, and I will not contact them again for assistance.

This company is such a click bait and was overpromising. Tend to overpromise services that they claim will be added down the line but never materialize and never had happened. The owner was also so rude and just had many excuses. To think of it I am paying them for a service and these is what I get. Such a bad experience. I got charged for labor of eight men, but only five of them were working. They even charge you for an extra hour when you go one minute into the next hour. They are the kind of people who can't even make it to their appointment and cannot inform you that they would not be coming then of course you can't expect a professional work from them definitely. Avoid hiring him at all costs. Save yourself some frustration and look elsewhere.

Terrible experience with them. Had an appointment with them, they arrived and I explained to them what I would like to happen. They just answer yes, so I left them because I had some work to do. After I'm done, I excitedly check on the progress of their work but on my dismay, their work is way far from what I instructed them. So I asked them what happened, the staff even looked annoyed when I asked him. I think you need to hire a professional staff not like the staff I had encountered. I think I had the right to ask them about their job but I didn't expect that is their reaction towards their customers. After with that experience, I vowed that I would not hire them again. If you cant handle special requests, just explain to the customer ahead of time to avoid these kind of experience with other clients. This was the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I really don't know how these guys stay in business. Please stay away from this company if you want to save your money. I would love to give 0 starts if it were an option.
