RUN. DO NOT GO HERE. Ever seen that Futurama episode where Fry says "Shut up and take my money! I don't care if it is free! Just take my money!" Lemons aren't free but that's what you're getting at B.R.M.
The man will waste your time in hopes that the measly bit of money you've spent on his lot isn't worth you pursuing getting your money back. I know the process now, totes happy to share.
