After I got locked out of my master bedroom, I contacted nearly three firms prior to calling Father Son Locksmith Shop. After waiting pointlessly for around three-hours, I turned to the internet. Father Son Locksmith Shop is great! The prices, especially, are reasonable and seem to fit right into my budget! Before turning into Father Son Locksmith Shop’s loyal customer, I’ve had quite a few miserable experiences. Here's one: there was this shop in Henrietta (I don’t exactly recall its name) that claimed to offer services at rock-bottom prices. They say that if it sounds too good to be true, it probably is! But the lucrative prices clouded my judgment and I called them up for a simple lock repair job. At the end of it all, I’d spent around $500 on a totally unnecessary smart lock, some new locks on my windows and a brand new chain lock. I didn’t feel cheated at that point. But when the smart lock stopped working within the next two weeks, and the security door chain popped out of its socket, that’s when I felt cheated! Eric from Father Son Locksmith Shop was sympathetic and told me that it was a common practice among most locksmiths to quote cheap rates initially and find ways to scam customers later. Thanks to Eric, all the mess was cleared up! And the prices? Just what I was looking for! Father Son Locksmith Shop is the BEST in Henrietta!!! Call them up - 585-302-4841 - I’m sure you’ll love their service!!!

I called Father Son Locksmith Shop to know their prices and this company responded back within minutes with a reasonable price!! I got an appointment fixed at such short notice! The technician who arrived, Johnson I think, was very courteous and completed the job very quickly. When the bill was handed out, I was in for a huge surprise. Rarely, do locksmiths stick to the original price. They almost always find reasons to add up extra charges to the bill. But with Father Son Locksmith Shop, I was charged nothing extra to what was quoted initially! Honest and upfront pricing makes the deal still sweeter! Would I recommend them? DEFINITELY! Father Son Locksmith Shop is the best locksmith in Henrietta. You must give them a call!
