Do not under any circumstance hold an important event at this venue. Nothing they tell you is true. Do not believe anything they say. An open bar is limited bottom shelf liquor that will not be enough. Not enough food served cold. No water. Not enough attendents causing long lines and super slow service. They do not follow instructions. They hold multiple events forcing 300 to 400 people to share one very dirty bathroom. Do not let the nice lighting fool you. You will regret it. Pay a little more for a reputable venue that will respect your memorable day. Grand Terrace Banquets on Grand Ave in Chicago should be closed down for good!!
