After a quick online search, I chose Logan Locksmith Shop! And I’m so glad I did. I’ve never met a locksmith who’s as courteous and knowledgeable as Mark! He made it a point to explain what has gone wrong with my locks and why ( without even asking) and gave me great advice on maintaining my new locks. Everything was done at a good price. He even made a spare key for the new lock for free! We all need understanding, and professional locksmiths such as Mark! In my opinion, Logan Locksmith Shop is the best in Lowell and I’m definitely calling them again, if the need arises! Highly recommend their service!

My home was in a remote locality in Lowell, and it was a personal choice I’d made to ensure I get some peace and quiet. Situations like these, however, make me question if I made the right decision moving to such an inaccessible locality. Thankfully, the last number I dialed - 978-294-9148 - was of Logan Locksmith Shop! Jones immediately agreed to get there and as promised, he was at my place within thirty minutes. He got the lock working again in no time. While I wasn’t worried really about the prices since I just needed the job done, it was an added bonus to know that it had cost me less than 50 bucks. The first time I hired them was when I had issues with the front door lock. James went above and beyond to ensure that the new lock fit properly. It was quite a feat considering the fact the house was old and the previous lock had been in an extremely poor condition. The suggestions were incredibly insightful and helped me pick the right lock for maximum security. The second time I hired them was in an emergency. I got locked out of my home past midnight and called their number 978-294-9148. A technician, Mark I think his name was, got there within 20 minutes and took barely a minute to open the lock. I will never use another locksmith again. Logan Locksmith Shop is great, be it for emergencies, or standard everyday work. The best in Lowell, MA. I can’t recommend them enough!!!
