I’ve heard a lot about Advanced Locksmith Service - so I decided to give them a call. Sure enough, they lived upto all the hype. Jim got there in less than ten minutes, which was surprisingly fast, considering how all the locksmiths I’d hired previously had never got there in less than an hour. I wanted a new deadbolt installed and Jim had a whole collection of it in his van. After I made my pick, the installation barely took a few minutes. He even handed out extra keys as a complement. Jim and his team at Advanced Locksmith Service deserve every bit of praise heaped on them. Highly recommend. The fact that I had lost my keys and was locked out of my home, came nowhere close to the feeling of paranoia that swept me! What if the wrong person finds it? Perhaps, my ex? They had a mountain of good reviews and I had a feeling they’d get there at once! And they did!
The technician, Mark , took only ten minutes to get there and hear me out. He suggested that I opt for rekeying instead of replacement to save some money and got the job done within minutes. He could have easily exploited me, but he didn’t – and that’s why I’ve remained a loyal customer to Advanced Locksmith Service for over a year now! Trust me when I say this, Advanced Locksmith Service is truly the best locksmith company in Florence! This isn’t something I’m saying after receiving a one-time good service from these guys. I’ve had terrible experiences with locksmiths in the past. Few tried to charge me four times greater than the service was actually worth, few have made me wait for hours at a stretch, few had done such a poor job that I had to call someone again. To sum it all up, it was all nightmarish and I always regretted the moment when I had to pick up the phone and call a locksmith again. But when I came across Advanced Locksmith Service’s website a few weeks back after carrying out an online search, little did I know how my entire opinion was about to be altered. They’re quite unlike the rest! The technicians are talented, courteous, and carry out their work with integrity.
Flat rates, quality products, prompt service, no upselling and zero extra charges – what more could I ask for? I’ve called them nearly three times and not once have they been late or I’ve been charged more than necessary. I don’t think there could be anyone that’s any better in the entire Florence. Keep up the good job!!!!
