I'd give zero stars if I could. We have paid this man thousands of dollars and he consistently shows up late, performs substandard work, doesn't honor his mistakes and is shady as can be when it comes to materials and cost. He hung a $400 door backwards and refuses to honor his mistake and buy a new door and re-hang it or even simply repay us for the mistake. He's a grifter and unreliable and untrustworthy.

This is a very sad review. I have a 70-year-old mother that is in dire need of having a front door hung in her home and we contacted Francisco and he never showed up after a few messages back and forth. Not only did my mother have an appointment with Francisco but he never responded back to her last message when he did not show up the day of her appointment and still has not contacted her. Sometimes people think because you live in an older neighborhood that you do not have money but Francisco lost out on this one because I was paying for my mother’s front door to be hung. My mother is not a thug and I live in the Holston area. You are so wrong Francisco and for anyone out there that is running a business do not judge a book by its cover just remember who Sam Walton was and he was a very wealthy man!
