Once you have eradicated your physical dependence, you will transition to long-term treatment. First, you will meet with a personal counselor that will work with you to create your personalized addiction treatment plan. Working through your problems will help you tremendously. Starting with dual diagnosis screening, your personal addiction therapist will examine you to see if you have an underlying mental health issue.
