I still had these conventional locks in my home, when all my neighbors had upgraded to newer versions. So, I figured it was time for a replacement and called Parker Locksmith Store based on the recommendations of Jeff from next door! Reviews aren’t my specialty, but here’s a bad attempt at reviewing a great company: Reliability: 10/10 – technician got there right on time Work: 10/10 – Installation barely took him minutes Quality: 10/10 – Lock installed was sourced from a top manufacturer Price: 10/10 – Best price on the lock, low call-out fee and no added charges To be honest, I couldn’t find a flaw and hence the ten on ten rating. Hope this review helps someone who’s still struggling to find a good locksmith in Mabelvale. Don’t think twice, call Parker Locksmith Store up on 501-372-6600! Definitely, THE BEST!

After reading rave reviews about Parker Locksmith Store, I decided that I’d give them a try. So, how did it turn out? AMAZING! They live up to every bit of praise that’s been showered on them! In fact, I’d go as far as to say that ‘amazing’ is actually an understatement. Edward showed up on my door right on time, and he involved me in the process to make sure I knew exactly what he was doing. Prices are quite affordable and they offer flat rates on all their services. To sum it up, you cannot go wrong with hiring a technician from Parker Locksmith Store!!! Easily, the best in Mabelvale!

If I had to sum up my experience with Parker Locksmith Store in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, I’d spend nearly $250 on it! The company’s warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself. I called Parker Locksmith Store on 501-372-6600 in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. Edward told me he could have installed a similar, but better lock in half the price I’d paid for it! Well, what’s done was done.. I’m never buying telly advertised stuff again! Thanks to Parker Locksmith Store, I didn’t have to throw the lock out!!! Will definitely call them in future for suggestions and other lock upgrades! BEST SERVICE in Mabelvale! Give it a shot, highly recommend it!
