If I had to sum up my experience with Parker Locksmith Store in one word, it would be: AWESOME! So, I saw this advert on TV for this high-tech smartphone-operated lock and just couldn’t wait to get my hands on it! It worked fine the first few weeks, but then it went dead! Yeah, it went completely dead without even throwing up a warning. I was frustrated, I’d spend nearly $250 on it! The company’s warranty claims were all fake and the only choice I had was to pay for the repair myself. I called Parker Locksmith Store on 501-372-6600 in the hope that they could fix it up. Turns out, it was the cheap battery that came with the lock that had died and he replaced it with a good one. Edward told me he could have installed a similar, but better lock in half the price I’d paid for it! Well, what’s done was done.. I’m never buying telly advertised stuff again! Thanks to Parker Locksmith Store, I didn’t have to throw the lock out!!! Will definitely call them in future for suggestions and other lock upgrades! BEST SERVICE in Mabelvale! The property was around ten years old, and I didn’t want to risk my security just to save a few bucks. I was new to Mabelvale, AR and resorted to asking my neighbor for suggestions on a good locksmith. I was put through to Parker Locksmith Store. Gary got there in ten minutes, and after a quick look at my locks, he said that the locks were fairly new, in good condition, and could be put to use for a few more years. He suggested that I rekey the locks instead. Well, he could have made quick money by changing the locks, but he didn’t. That’s a level of integrity I’ve never observed in any locksmith I’ve hired previously.
