Carstar Metcalf made my family and I crash test dummies!! When carstar decided to modify my car they in turn redesigned it and made us the guinea pigs. Parts not welded on at all, parts tack welded where they should have been plug welds, strut tower was off by SeVERAL mm's, and modified strut tower. We had a wreck expert come out along with our insurance company! When they started showing me everything that was messed up and told me that the minute I started that car I was in a death trap! For my car to be put back to where it will be safe to do calls for my car to be literally rebuilt on the driver's side! Carstar and Steve Hahn not only put my life in danger but also the lives of my children. After seeing and hearing how bad it was I had a complete breakdown! The thought of my kids being in that car sickened me! I haven't stop crying over the botched job CarStar did on my car. When Carstar was informed they had put our lives in danger owner Steve Hahn laughed and found it very comical? Who laughs at someone possibly dying? A very unprofessional man! If you value your life and your loved ones lives, PLEASE AVOID THIS SHOP because they are negligent!
