I suppose when part of your job is dealing with desperate people trying to haggle for more money than their belongings cost brand new, it's not hard to see how some people could grow apathetic toward their clientele. Thankfully, Max and the crew at Marina jewelry and loan are working on a higher level. They actually care, and have gone above and beyond many times to help me make ends meet!
