I got new locks, repairs on a few doors, had a new front door installed, and other locks were rekeyed. All this, and exceptional customer service at a value-for-money price. Professionalism at its best! From the way the call was handled to the technician’s arrival to installing the locks, everything was carried out in near-perfect manner. I needed spare keys and I sought out the cheapest option – the local hardware store. They seemed to work fine at first, but 3 months down the line, one of the keys broke in the lock. It came as quite a shocker! The pieces were firmly lodged inside the lock, no other spare would work on it and I was locked out of my own apartment. Gary assured me that the keys wouldn’t break off like the cheap ones I got made, but would last me years.
