There were no hidden charges, always ready to help with advice, they made the prep and moving day a breeze. They brought an army of guys that made moving quick. They came right on time and attacked the job with such gusto. They are the only moving company in NYC that has made me feel totally comfortable throughout the process. The care they took with every item was exceptional. They had no trouble accommodating to changes. They reduced the stress of a long distance move enormously.

These guys are quick and efficient. They were careful and took time to wrap the mattress, so it wouldn't get dirty. They asked where I wanted things to be placed. They also didn't try to milk the clock like some moving companies I have dealt with. 3 hour minimum and double drive time and cheaper rate with cash than most other companies.

Such a pleasant experience with Road Runner Moving and Storage. They treated our stuff with care even though most of it is cheap IKEA stuff. They dismantled and set up bedroom sets and finished earlier than the estimated time. Cost was lower than the estimate because of their hard work. I will definitely use them again.

Kenny was very determined and cleverly figured out ways to make it work, even when it seemed hopeless.
