Mr. Scott Nordheimer Urban Atlantic Real Estate Developer Mr. Scott Nordheimer holds a BA in Political Science from Parsons University and was a former instructor of Real Estate at the Harvard School of Business. Scott Nordheimer is in charge of Urban Atlantic new real estate business development. Creating a wide range of projects throughout the Washington DC area Mr. Nordheimer is a well know developer in the region. Scott Nordheimer has a passion for helping others as well, and has created many well know projects that serve the community. Also, according the Scott, the luxury real estate sector has no crisis. Luxury houses with prices above one million dollars are in high demand. In Washington, some sellers are surprised by the sales rhythm and foresee that September will be the great boom of the market. There are homes available on the market in all price categories, but experts point out that those that reach between three and twelve million euros are the most demanded. However, the construction companies do not find qualified workers to meet the demand for carpentry, electrical installations, home automation or plumbing in this type of housing. Mr. Scott Nordheimer believes this trend will continue.
