Johnson unlocked the car door in seconds and didn’t inflict any damage in the process. What’s the best part? The prices! They didn’t add on any extra charges to the bill and charged me a base rate. The first time I hired them was when I had issues with the front door lock. James went above and beyond to ensure that the new lock fit properly. I got locked out of my home past midnight and called their number 585-236-2277. A technician, Mark I think his name was, got there within 20 minutes and took barely a minute to open the lock. He took extra time to ensure that we understood all the options available and helped us find the right solution. I was ready to replace the entire lock, which would have obviously cost me a lot of money, but Rob figured out a cheaper, more effective alternative and saved me big bucks. Super fast service (got there in 15 minutes) and the technician from Henrietta NY Locksmith Store could not have been nicer. He was extremely friendly and highly talented.
