Working with West Lake Forest LA Locksmith Store was a pleasant experience! I had a difficult job - needed a laser cut key and remote key programming. However, David was able to do all that right out of his van and it didn’t take him more than 45 minutes. I don’t think I’ll ever be using a different locksmith in New Orleans, LA..

To me, all that mattered was great customer service. Having dealt with rude, angry, impatient, incompetent, and dishonest locksmiths in New Orleans, LA in the past, I thought good customer service was a forgotten art. However, West Lake Forest LA Locksmith Store managed to alter than notion. Polite, friendly, talented and honest, they are an excellent paradigm of how service should be provided. Though I had no prior appointment, it wasn’t an issue with West Lake Forest LA Locksmith Store. They sent a team to my location in less than twenty minutes. There was an inspection the next day from the insurance company, and I really needed to ensure all the locks were in perfect condition so that I could avail a discount on the premium. Danny and his team were thorough with their job. As for the inspection? Aced it! If you need a job done right on time, don’t waste your precious money or time on other locksmiths in New Orleans, LA 70127.
