We were leaving on a vacation for about a month. I’ve heard all about criminals targeting temporarily abandoned houses, like ours would be for that one month. We had jewelry and cash stashed up in the house and didn’t want to incur a heavy loss. That’s when I called Gurnee IL Locksmith Store on 847-597-6461 to ask for recommendations. The dispatcher listened intently, suggested that I get a strong safe installed and told me that he’ll send someone over at a convenient time. I fixed an appointment that very day. Ed was very knowledgeable and he took the time to make sure I understood the features and the security level on offer. Got a great safe installed at a bargain price! Thank you so much for all the help. Will recommend to my friends, family and everyone else in Gurnee, IL.

I’m really happy with their service! Who wouldn’t be? They showed up at my door five minutes earlier than they said they would and did a very nice, neat job. I was new to Gurnee and didn’t know a good locksmith in the locality and went with the suggestion of my neighbor and called Gurnee IL Locksmith Store. Where I come from, locksmiths aren’t made this way. On time, quick, and efficient, a job which I thought would take hours was completed within 40 minutes. Truly commendable! And the price for rekeying a set of four locks cost me less than a hundred bucks. They deserve five stars!!!

Customer service at its best! Called them on an urgent basis to fix the malfunctioning smart lock and I received the assistance I needed within 20 minutes. Considering the cost of the services, and the value they offer, I’d say they’re the best in Gurnee, IL. Gary, the technician sent from Gurnee IL Locksmith Store, even fixed the door that was slightly off-track at no added costs. Keep up the great work guys! I’ve saved their number 847-597-6461, because when I need locksmith service in the future, I’ll know who to call….
