Award-winning sales firm located in Irving, Texas, Mvalor group specializes in leadership development and brand marketing. Mvalor Group, open since October 2012, is a growing direct sales firms based in Irving, Texas. We started with only a handful of people; today, we have offices all over the country and within the next few years will be expanding to Europe. How has Mvalor Group been so successful since opening in 2012? When we opened we noticed a trend in the market. Large companies were moving their marketing and sales strategies more and more online and over the phone. This left a complete gap for an in-person sales teams. There was this idea that retail sales only generated a certain amount of profit that was mainly affected through commercials and billboards; that consumers knew what they wanted before they entered a store. Mvalor Group capitalized on this idea by training our own professionals and adopting a leadership and management mindset. We trained our team to think autonomously and act “as if” the brand were their own. We immediately knocked our client’s targets out of the park and made a name for ourselves. Our team is extremely competitive and team-focused. We build a strong foundation by promoting from within and based on competence and aptitude. We train in two main areas: sales/communications and leadership/management development. As our firm expands, our goal is to offer our team the ability to progress from our sales training to our management training. We believe in the power of transforming our team’s lives where many are looking for an opportunity to prove their abilities outside of a seniority based culture and be judged on their performance. Unlike our clients, Mvalor Group adopts a 100% merit-based growth structure. Team success is celebrated with company growth and individual progress through upward mobility. However, moving up in an extremely motivated and competitive firm is not as easy as just showing up. With the promise of upward mobility, Mvalor Group has established a culture of winning and constant personal development. Every day, we challenge our team to learn and master new skills. We have huge goals for the next year. Mvalor Group plans to expand to at least 4 new markets nationwide and promises our clients that we will do this only by keeping our commitment to authenticity and valor. We are an integrity driven firm and believe our standards will always separate us from our competition. We offer our team as much growth and they are willing to work for and our clients constant market expansion.
