WJB is a great place to work. All the office people are very nice. The workers get along well. The only downfalls with this company is the pay is horrible (below average with companies doing the same work) and no heat so it is colder inside than outside most winter days and no air in the summer which is brutal. The new WJB boxes are horrible. They are cheaply made.
