I called Locksmith Key Shop up around 6 am in the morning, as the staff was locked out of my office. I explained my situation to the dispatcher who listened intently and promised to send someone over right away. Hands down the best in Hopkinton! Right from the dispatcher to Gary, the locksmith who arrived at my place, the guys at Locksmith Key Shop are awesome. When I lamented about how I’d been tricked into getting my perfectly good locks with new, low-grade ones, Gary confirmed that it was a common practice employed by most scamsters. They trick you into believing you need something when you don’t and charge an exorbitant sum for work that isn’t worth the price. Service was great! I don’t think I can find any better in Hopkinton, MA 01748. The technician was friendly and knew his job very well. I needed a new set of keys on an urgent basis. The lockset wasn’t working properly and so I called Locksmith Key Shop to fix it. Eric arrived onsite within 15 minutes, took a careful look at the lock, dismantled it, re-aligned the components, lubricated it and refitted it. It worked flawlessly.
