Couldn’t be happier! John was a total pro! The guy from the local locksmith shop told me that my locks were completely hopeless and must be replaced. Just to be doubly sure, I called up John from Capitol Locksmith Service. He took one look at my locks, told me he could fix it, gave me a price, and started working. Within ten minutes he was done! The locks which I was most likely to have thrown away were now working in perfect order. And it’s all thanks to John who worked pure magic on them and saved me from spending on replacements. Being absolutely clueless about how this stuff works, John could have easily convinced me into buying a new lock and make some cash out of it. But he didn’t! Integrity does shine through and that’s why I’ve stuck with Capitol Locksmith Service for the last four years. I don’t think there’s any other firm in Albany that could compete with these guys! I lost my transponder keys – AGAIN! The last time the dealer charged me around $400 for one key and I was quickly on the edge of panic. I decided to explore other options and found Capitol Locksmith Service. Eddie promised me a new key in less than $120. Apparently, my car needed some updated software to program the key but Eddie assured me I didn’t have to pay for it and charged me what he quoted over the phone. A man of his word! I would highly recommend them to all in Albany, NY. Cheap, honest and quality work! FIVE STARS!!
