Royal Locksmith Store is amazing! We had a break-in and needed the locks changed immediately. I was lost for words when the brand new lock I had installed stopped working exactly one month later. The thing was supposed to last for 3 years, according to the guy at the local hardware shop who’d sold it to me. Angry with myself and at the technician who’d sold it to me, I decided to set things right! I called Royal Locksmith Store, after a co-worker recommended it to me. Lewis was simply marvelous! He was a fun person to interact with and provided some great advice on choosing locks. He recommended a few options and I trusted his judgment after he explained the reasons why I’d do well with a deadbolt! After the installation was complete, he assured me that the lock would last me for years. If I ever face some trouble (which is unlikely, according to Lewis), he offered to provide free service. That’s some level of confidence! Lewis seems to know his job and his locks! Well, I must say, I’m very impressed with their services and prices! Number 1 in Monroe! I’m giving them a 10/10!
