Things have been rough on the monetary front ever since we moved into a new home! It was a nice place, but the excessive expenditure wasn’t so nice after all! I needed my locks changed, but John from Village Locksmith Store believed otherwise after he’d taken a look at the locks. They were quite new and he believed rekeying them will do the trick AND help me save a substantial amount. I agreed, of course and within an hour he was done with the job. John could have easily replaced the locks like I’d asked, for the quoted price, but he chose to look beyond making some money and helped me out when I was in a real cash crunch!!! There was no way I was calling a locksmith – well, that’s what I kept telling myself once my lock jammed shut. With so many terrible experiences with locksmiths to list out, I had good reasons to not opt for a locksmith’s service again. After viewing a dozen different video tutorials and some whole bunch of information on fixing the lock, I dismantled the lock in an attempt to fix it. Two hours later, I still had no luck. Giving up, I decided to call a locksmith from Village Locksmith Store my sister had recommended ages ago, but I’d never bothered trying them out. Surprisingly, Village Locksmith Store turned out to be different! They were on time, the technician was very polite and he seemed super talented! He kept the process completely transparent by clearly explaining what he was about to do and quoting the price before he even started… that’s some level of service I’m yet to experience from any other! Gary was quick to reach the spot and was a complete professional. After presenting a range of options along with the prices, he got the lock installed in a jiffy. After a heated discussion with the directors, we finally decided to set aside a budget to revamp the security of our business premises. With the rising cases of break-ins, my fear for safety wasn’t unfounded! My assistant suggested that we opt for Village Locksmith Store. It sounded good, and so I decided to give them a try. They were complete professionals and were great at offering security advice. They ditched the old locks and had new high-security locks installed instead. Our file cabinets and our mailboxes got new locks too! And the complete security revamp didn’t even cost us as much as we imagined! We were truly amazed! Will recommend them to anyone in Latonia who wants the work done without their budget taking a hit!
