Ok, here it goes – my first ever positive experience with a locksmith!
Locksmiths have quite a notorious reputation for being absurdly expensive and I’d fallen victim to quite a lot of these unscrupulous agencies in the past! So when I found Village Locksmith Store I simply felt compelled to write this review! These guys are pure gold! Upfront pricing, extremely talented technicians, 24/7 service, and completely reliable! They’ve been there for help right when I needed them, and the prices are a quarter of what other firms charge! Things have been rough on the monetary front ever since we moved into a new home! It was a nice place, but the excessive expenditure wasn’t so nice after all! Thanks to Village Locksmith Store for helping me cut corners. After receiving price quotes from quite a few locksmiths in Latonia, I zeroed in on Village Locksmith Store. I needed my locks changed, but John from Village Locksmith Store believed otherwise after he’d taken a look at the locks. They were quite new and he believed rekeying them will do the trick AND help me save a substantial amount. I agreed, of course and within an hour he was done with the job.
John could have easily replaced the locks like I’d asked, for the quoted price, but he chose to look beyond making some money and helped me out when I was in a real cash crunch!!! There was no way I was calling a locksmith – well, that’s what I kept telling myself once my lock jammed shut. With so many terrible experiences with locksmiths to list out, I had good reasons to not opt for a locksmith’s service again. After viewing a dozen different video tutorials and some whole bunch of information on fixing the lock, I dismantled the lock in an attempt to fix it. Two hours later, I still had no luck. Giving up, I decided to call a locksmith from Village Locksmith Store my sister had recommended ages ago, but I’d never bothered trying them out.
Surprisingly, Village Locksmith Store turned out to be different! They were on time, the technician was very polite and he seemed super talented! He kept the process completely transparent by clearly explaining what he was about to do and quoting the price before he even started… that’s some level of service I’m yet to experience from any other!
Village Locksmith Store is great and thanks to them I’ve finally put an end to my whole ban on locksmiths. No more DIY attempts on my part, just expert support from the best locksmiths in Latonia.
