I think the guy who came in from Safe Key Shop was Jacob. He was great! I needed to get my locks changed and didn’t get off work until after 10 pm. He didn’t have a problem coming in after regular business hours to help me out. I scheduled an appointment the next night, but I was held up at work and couldn’t make it on time!
